Business Operations Manager
Position:
Full-time, Exempt
Location: Honolulu office
Salary: $78,000 - $85,000
Description: The Business Operations Manager is a key partner to executive leadership, supporting the internal operations that keep HomeAid Hawaii running effectively and efficiently. This position is responsible for managing core business systems, supervising the Team Support Coordinator, coordinating with outsourced IT services, and supporting HR functions alongside the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and outsourced HR provider. Learn more about this position.

Project & Finance Administrator
Position:

Location: Statewide in Hawaii, Based in Honolulu office
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Description: The Project & Finance Administrator is a partner to the project teams and supports core business functions and operations of advancing housing solutions. The Administrator will carry out a broad range of administrative functions with a focus on financial, contractual, risk and compliance deliverables needed to move projects forward. The Administrator will further support the project teams in making sure vendors, contractors, and partners comply with legal and contractual requirements. The Administrator will further support with tracking and coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within the budget. Team Support Coordinator

Salary: $48,000 - $52,000
Description: The Team Support Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth daily functioning of HomeAid Hawaii’s internal operations. Working directly under the Business Operations Manager, this role also provides logistical and communications support to the executive team (C-suite), helping to coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and maintain internal systems.
