Grants Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Description: The Grants Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing HomeAid Hawai‘i’s mission by securing and managing funding that supports the development of deeply affordable housing solutions across the state. This position is responsible for identifying, writing, and managing grants from public, private, and corporate sources while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational goals. The Grants Manager oversees the full lifecycle of grant management, from prospect research and proposal development to tracking deliverables and reporting outcomes, translating HomeAid Hawai‘i’s impact and data into compelling, funder-ready narratives that demonstrate measurable results and community value. Project & Finance Administrator
Position: Full-time, Exempt
Location: Statewide in Hawai‘i, Based in Honolulu office
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000
Description: The Project & Finance Administrator supports core business operations of advancing housing solutions with a focus on financial, contractual, risk, and compliance deliverables needed to move projects forward. The Administrator will support the project teams in making sure vendors, contractors, and partners comply with legal and contractual requirements.
