Josh is Vice President of Development and Construction at MacNaughton. Josh has over 25 years of experience working in a broad spectrum of commercial development and construction, including hospitality and resort, retail and office buildings. At MacNaughton, Josh’s responsibilities involve executing the company’s development projects from early conceptual design and entitlement processing through preconstruction, logistics planning and scheduling, budgeting and management of active building sites.

Josh received a BS at Oregon State University in Corvallis. In addition to his service for HomeAid Hawai‘i Josh serves on the board of the GIFT Foundation.
