Miranda Michiyo Linsky brings her experience in global manufacturing and logistics, construction project management, and strategic partnerships to her role as Chief Impact Officer. With her passion to rebuild lives, uplift underserved communities, and foster long-term resilience, she is a champion of equitable, sustainable, and community-driven housing solutions for local people.

Most recently, Miranda served as Chief Operating Officer of 87ZERO, which she led through the company’s acquisition by HPM Building Supply with her expertise in planning, finance, strategy, and communications for both multiunit development and retail showroom divisions. Miranda oversaw all condominium, hospitality, commercial, and specialty projects from conceptual design to warranty fulfillment, specializing in elevated interior solutions.

Born and raised in Kāneʻohe, Miranda actively creates opportunities to give back and inspire. As President of Soroptimist International of Waikīkī Foundation, Inc., Miranda has fought to provide access to education and training for women and girls in order to break cycles of poverty, violence, abuse, addiction, incarceration, and human trafficking. She spearheaded outreach initiatives and education panels with the Building Industry Association of Hawaiʻi Leading Young Professionals to develop and connect future leaders. She also hosted a series of events in support of local artists and filmmakers to present and discuss their work.

Miranda is committed to making respectful choices for our community and our environment. Her hobbies include hiking, wildlife conservation, and ungulate control.
