He has held leadership roles at notable organizations, including CFO at JL Capital, where he oversaw financial operations and helped deliver transformative projects in Hawaii. His career includes key positions at Nan, Inc., and Samkoo Pacific, where he managed finances and operations for large-scale developments, building strong partnerships and ensuring project success. Young also has extensive experience managing high-rise condominium projects in Honolulu, collaborating with local government agencies such as HCDA, HHFDC, and DPP to navigate complex development programs.

His international experience includes guiding post-merger integration and financial operations at Santos CMI in Ecuador and managing major condominium developments at POSEC Hawaii. Fluent in English and Korean, with proficiency in Japanese and Spanish, he thrives in multicultural environments and complex challenges.
