Young also has extensive experience managing high-rise condominium projects in Honolulu, collaborating with local government agencies such as HCDA, HHFDC, and DPP to navigate complex development programs.
His international experience includes guiding post-merger integration and financial operations at Santos CMI in Ecuador and managing major condominium developments at POSEC Hawaii.
