Young Jun Choi serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer at HomeAid Hawaiʻi, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy, accounting, and fiscal stewardship. He oversees the organization's financial stewardship, strengthens governance through robust internal controls and accounting practices, and leads the financial systems and infrastructure that positions HomeAid Hawaiʻi for sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Prior to joining HomeAid Hawaiʻi, Young held executive leadership roles at JL Capital, Nan, Inc., and Samkoo Pacific, overseeing finance and operations for major construction and real estate developments across Hawaiʻi and internationally. He has extensive experience working with public agencies, such as HCDA, HHFDC, and DPP, on complex housing and development projects.

Young holds degrees in International Business, Finance, and Human Resource Management from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and is a licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaiʻi.
