He became the first of many residents to move in.

Kīpūola Kauhale serves individuals who are unsheltered or at risk of homelessness and who are ready to work toward independent living. Residents commit to setting personal goals and actively participating in employment, education, and community responsibilities that build stability, strengthen economic mobility, and support a transition into permanent housing.
