Ka Malu Ko‘olau Kauhale

Developed in partnership with the State of Hawaii, Ka Malu Koʻolau Kauhale was designed to offer permanent housing and holistic support to those experiencing or at risk of homelessness on the Windward side of Oahu. This kauhale, released in February of 2024, is operated by Project Vision Hawaiʻi (PVH) and can accommodate 34 residents at a time. Services offered include meals, case management services, street medicine, nursing staff, 24-7 intake/management staff, as well as 24-7 security.
