Jeffrey Prostor is a homebuilding and land development executive with decades of experience leading residential development operations in Hawaiʻi and Southern California.

He previously served as President of Brookfield Homes Hawaiʻi, where he oversaw the company’s operations and the development of nearly 800 homes across Kauaʻi, Oʻahu and Hawaiʻi Island. Before leading the Hawaiʻi division, Mr. Prostor served as the founding President of Brookfield Homes Southland, which grew to produce more than 500 lots and homes annually.

Throughout his career, Mr. Prostor has led the planning, design and construction of residential communities ranging from urban infill and resort developments to large-scale master-planned neighborhoods. His work has been recognized for thoughtful design, innovation and sensitivity to Hawaiʻi’s natural environment and cultural heritage.

Mr. Prostor has been active in several industry and community organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, the American Institute of Certified Planners, the Building Industry Association of Hawaiʻi and the National Association of Home Builders. He also serves on the boards of HomeAid Hawaiʻi and Keiki O Ka ʻĀina.

Mr. Prostor was named Builder of the Year by the Building Industry Association and was recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year at the Kapolei Outstanding Achievement Awards. He is the owner of Isle Communities.
