Stanford Carr is president of Stanford Carr Development where he oversees an extensive portfolio of projects ranging from master-planned communities to resort-style living and affordable housing. As a locally and nationally recognized leader in business, Stanford is known for building communities on a foundation of family living, the spirit of the islands and respect for the land.

Born and raised on Maui, Stanford is actively involved in the community. He serves as a trustee for the University of Hawai‘i Foundation, Chapter Chair for March of Dimes Hawai‘i and board member for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific Foundation, Hawai‘i Council on Economic Education, American Red Cross, and Trust for Public Land.
