RYSE, established in 2018, is a non-profit organization that services opportunity youth in Hawaii, through empowerment and personalized support. The program offers a drop-in center and emergency and transitional beds, alongside comprehensive on-site support services. These services encompass case management, education support, healthcare, and workforce development opportunities.
